$GCEI> Take a look at level 11.Something wrong with the picture.If your selling @ .0146 on ask and the next price showing is .04 i would definetly want to raise my price and try to get more.Btw i was taught if a stock is Heavily Shorted.Its is the best kept secret because once it is known by the majority/Deep Pockets etc they have the means to force a Short Squeeze.
Are they just putting up a roadblock to keep people from buying.To force the stock down even more.
I also think the timing is very questional.
