The only argument that makes sense to me is remaining public.

And that we are. IMO, everything else about the subject is just noise. We're on the right path and to me that's all that matters. We'll see this uplist when it's good and ready. Why waste good $$ on something that's not needed.

I think Leo's position on not wasting $20 let alone $17,500 on a different OTC level that means little to nothing is why I'm glad he is in charge! I'm not sure why some think wasting the money on another OTC position when the plan is to uplist to a bigger market is so important. I have not heard one good argument that makes good buisness sense. I guess if he was planning on milking the stock for some cash it might be a good move, but what's best for the company and LONG TERM investors is not to waste money. The true value will be represented soon enough!
