For The Record
The discussions in Dallas with Clark 4 months ago was in regards to a merger. The deal did not happen.

I purchased shares in SWRF and became a shareholder for the purpose of creating a movement or perhaps a takeover.

Anyone that knows the history of this business would without a doubt have been in support of the effort.

As for TDEY, you can get that history on that board.
