LOL. Ortiz is NOT in charge here since the merger went through. Check what happened here when THE MERGER WENT THROUGH. What's that? SoOum got 6,786,955 preferred shares at 1000 to one???? What does Ortiz have 25 mil at 10 to one? Do the math.
