Let's cut the crap & theatrics? Who's company's DOT authority have they been using since the end of march 2014 when eggspress Insurance was rejected?

Did they not report revenues from Eggspress until may 2013.?? I believe they did.

What does that do to numbers when you report on operations that are not verifiable,? Crane Creek supposed purchase late Aug 2014?

Simple question... Ptah had no way to to sign with H & N Logistics directly, without the use of another company & carrier DOT!

After Eggspress authority ended march 2014 They have not disclosed who's company (if any) they have been using for carrier authority. Revenues simply not verifiable since March 2014 due to lack of disclosure.

No change of ownership filed with state on Crane Creek Trucking.
common now? seriously? cash deal. No change of ownership filed with the state? oh, PTAH SAYS they are going to roll them into the company.

Serious questions folks are overlooking. huge lack of disclosure, or inaccurate filings.
