Taxes are an issue. Cottonmather is right in calling this out. However, the maximum hurt was one missed payment to the IRS last June. It's not as critical as some might think. All other payments were made on time and the debt right now is around $4,000. That's hardly anything for a company. It's nothing to sweat. That would be like saying your house burned down when actually it was smoke from the barbecue in the backyard; or, that that you had very serious auto accident when only a scratch could be found; this, as rumors become a stretch.
