You think gold is going up because of some chart and ratio? It's Human nature for folks to want to make sense of something. The markets are one of those things. I highly skeptical of any "secret ratio' ..

I guess time will tell. For what its worth, I am not short gold, only long DUST for now via Dec Calls...
