I haven't found any cases in any stocks they have been involved in that they ran up the pps in the end. Anything is possible but I don't see why they would. It's not like they are hoarding the shares because they can only hold up to 9.99% of the O/S. + Longer they keep the pps down the more shares they keep getting.
