I recognize that phrase from somewhere. It was used in the 8-k announcing the second closing (for $2M) and raised the same question then that it does now.

The pledged stock section is funny. Maybe they should try and sell Pak-It and Javaco again? Or the dissolved Plastic2oil Land corporation?

And I wonder if there's anything new to be added to the Existing Lien list?


Maybe that's why the documents are only "substantially identical", but I doubt it.
