J.L. I think this is a problem that exists through out Federal Government, ignoring science fact over what the government perceives are the needs of the public. This is a misconception through out government. Environmental Protection Agency 'EPA' is another agency that makes policy changes, based on the flavor of the year vs solid science.

So we have two different types of EPA harmed by political whims. I think Obama has to many hens in the hen house, as far as the FDA is concerned.
