According to the latest filing by Canwealth,the CFO of record is Garth McIntosh,not Mr.Jedda,a man who has been invisable since his alleged appointment last April.This is irrelevant as his firm,BDC venture capital only invests in Canadian technology companies and Canwealth is a start up minimg company registered in Delaware ,USA.As for this worthless scam reaching pennies,that can only happen if the CEO does an enormous reverse split,a real possibilty. Jugding by the anemic trading,there is no future here,No IPO,No mining,no nothing ,as was the case in all the other start ups by this CEO.Tax loss selling is all that remains as this scam will never make anyone any money!
