Today is a perfect example of why the Daily Short Volume Report numbers posted here and all over OTC land are meaningless: the MM's sold short all day long from the block seller's orders to the tune of 117M+ shares---all those "shorted" shares were "covered" by 16:02:17 today---hence the large percentage on the silly Daily report and why no fails show up in 3 days...
