That's not it. (My last job was in intellectual property development with patents, trademarks and copyrights). There is currently only one registered Nanosol trademark and it is not ours:

There are 43 classes of products that can be registered. That particular use of Nanosol has not been registered at the USPTO. The give-away is that (R) (as in R in a circle meaning "registered with the USPTO") does not appear after the tradename. Use of TM after any tradename means that a company is publicly proclaiming its "ownership" of the tradename, however it is not registered, which is a more concrete form of ownership and allows the owner to sue for economic, punitive and statutory damages in the case of infringement.
