The following public response is intended to help clarify prior public releases by the company:
Greenscape Laboratories, Inc. Announces (Amended) Consulting Agreements With Sylios Corp.’s Subsidiary The Greater Cannabis Corp, LLC
Pensacola, FL, November 21, 2014. Greenscape Laboratories, Inc. (OTC Pink: MJLB.)
Greenscape Laboratories, Inc. (“Greenscape”) is pleased to announce a revision to a prior announcement made on August 19, 2014 regarding an investment in Sylios Corp. (“Sylios”) (OTC Pink: UNGS) and its wholly owned subsidiary, The Greater Cannabis Corp, LLC (GCC), as well as cross consulting agreements.
I have been asked the following question:
Message: Dear Sir or Madam,
Is Greenscape still affiliated with Sylios and Wayne Anderson?
The answer is that Greenscape has reciprocal consulting agreements with Sylios & its management entered into on July 9. These were originally set such that Greenscape received a fixed number of shares from Sylios and Sylios received a fixed number of shares from Greenscape. These were rescinded effective July 9th so that the services are rendered for a mutually agreed upon share amount at the end of the contract period, i.e., July 9, 2015. The intended effect of such agreement is to eliminate any negative impact that otherwise might be experienced by a drop in share price.
As you may or may not be aware, Sylios has an interest in the manufacture/distribution of a vending machine that is being tailored to provide medical marijuana through a secured system. Mr. Anderson is the President of Sylios. Mr. Anderson and I have an open dialogue regarding a number of issues including the progress of prototypes, etc. of the vending system.
