PTSC allowed the tiny Apple license to happen and let themselves get ripped off by not specifying that TPL/Lecrone could not commingle the licenses of their different patents portfolios. When they had him dead to rights in court they let him off with a $1 million settlement. PTSC even loaned TPL money so they could fulfill their commitment to PDS and would not default! Since PTSC had no check on the licensing and were barely paying attention Lecrone/TPL realized they could legally discount the MMP to nothing and attribute any license fees to their other junk patents. Keep in mind that basically the PTSC board has NOTHING to do other than follow the MMP licensing activity and make sure they were not getting ripped off. They could not even do this. I am sure they have missed current existing avenues for Lecrone/TPL to siphon away money. I expect he will do this with excessive fees for Alliacense which he owns and is run by his son out of the same office address and suite as TPL. No way PTSC shareholders ever make money on this deal. Even if you "win" the appeal the royalty rate set by the jury is tiny and all the money will be siphoned off by Lecrone/TPL, the lawyers or your "CEO" $500,000 a year compensation for doing basically nothing. Not even watching out for you prime asset. Clueless or corrupt take you pick!
