YES, It looks like a case the Co. is real and the PUBLIC OFFERING is a money making side scam. Do you know if lenders had restrictions on when the can DUMP. Looks like those new employees are getting in on the shake the share tree game. Even looks like some friends and family are in on it, listed under OTHER as compensation.
