I hope you are correct, but the 10 Q dated Aug 8th, 2014 says that Dr Gordon Chiu owns the patent and has given the company a license to use it.It states that the company must bring the product to market and pay him a percentage based on sales.He would need to be involved in any buyout negotiations.
