Also they really wanted more information of COO leaving and what the exact problems are with Surgibot that caused the delay. He really dodged it, which is why the market is punishing the PPS IMO.

The best thing he could have done is spoke to his R&D folks beforehand so he could have answered more precisely and transparently why the delay happened (that's if it is truly no big deal)

The market is concerned based on past financings and continual change of directions Spider to Surgibot, R/S etc...
