Corporate and public taxes can be difficult. I know... had a corporation for 31 years. My corporate accountant filed extensions some times without me knowing that was his intentions until I had to sign the forms. At first I was upset but afterwards there are reasons that are just out of our control that needed more time. Until someone had owned and ran a corporation and understand that nothing stays the same because things change on a daily bases, they will not understand. It's like being only a couch coach and watching football on TV.

Again I could care less of paper work, taxes, filings, and such not being finished on time especially when circumstances are not a constant control. NOT AN ISSUE for me.

My only issue is SHOW ME THE MONEY. I don't care if his dog died, his house burns down, or any other excuses. I just want to see progress and a light at the end of the tunnel when Rev's are going to start showing up on the financials.
