One call to a Federal Gov't security lawyer I know could halt this Company stock if i felt it necessary to do so and report unusually trading as we have all seen for 8 months decline.

I personally dont believe this is a scam, but something stinks here badly and im not privy to that information. Shareholders here in ACGX have been subject to 700M + dilution and a shattered portfolio of many investors. People in this economic envioronment dont take to kindly to losing hard earned money to being lured into ACGX just to be dumped free flowing shares to pay debt with NO plans from managem$ent to create shareholder value.

Anyway, time will tell here but the stock PPS the last 2 days @ .0014 is an almost unbelievable price for a supposed profitable company w/12M revenues and real clients and productsm

Jury is out here. Im waiting.
