Almost a buy; Only took 15 weeks

On 8/8/14 I wrote: "Navy, I've been looking to buy."

"But been waiting for some sign it makes sense. However, nobody here has any info to support a buy into $20+ million market cap when sales are less than $5 million and Yates' predictions always turn out wrong."

"At $0.40 + or -, I've got nothing to lose by waiting and watching, even if PLSB goes up a dime."

"It could be that this Friday's 2Q report will tell a great tale of success and I'll have to pay $0.50. Then again, it might not and I'll pay $0.15."
