$ALBKY Major Alpha Bank Group Companies: Alpha Asset Management A.E.D.A.K. On 19.9.2006, by decision of the Minister of

Development, the merger of ''ALPHA MUTUAL FUND MANAGEMENT COMPANY S.A.'' with ''ALPHA ASSET MANAGEMENT INVESTMENT SERVICES

S.A.'' by the absorption of the second company by the first, was approved. The new company is named ''ALPHA ASSET MANAGEMENT

MUTUAL FUND MANAGEMENT COMPANY S.A.''
and its distinctive title is ''ALPHA ASSET MANAGEMENT A.E.D.A.K.''.

The Company has as its sole purpose the management of mutual funds and the undertaking of the management of Undertakings for

Collective Investments in Transferable Securities (UCITS) and other collective investment organisation. In addition, the

Company also offers management services for investment portfolios, including portfolios held by pension funds, investment

advice for one or more financial instruments, and custodian and administrative management services for units of collective

investment organisations.

Alpha Asset Management A.E.D.AK. offers 27 mutual funds, covering a wide range of investment options. The range of products

includes:

- 11 equity funds
- 4 balanced funds
- 1 money market funds
- 1 exchange traded fund (ETF)
- 1 alternative investments (commodities) fund
- 5 bond funds
- 1 structured fund
- 3 Bancassurance plan-linked structured funds

Furthermore, Alpha Asset Management A.E.D.A.K. provides asset management services for institutional portfolios in accordance

with specific investment guidelines, as well as consultancy services to institutional customers, such as existing portfolio

analysis, proposed treasury allocation strategies and regular portfolio restructuring.

Finally, Alpha Asset Management A.E.D.A.K. has set up an Investment Committee, responsible for providing investment

guidelines in terms of portfolio structuring for Private Banking clients.

Alpha Mutual Funds (M/Fs) recorded remarkable returns and ranked at the leading positions of their respective categories for

one more year in 2013.

Specifically, based on data from the Association of Greek Institutional Investors:

• Alpha Greek Balanced Fund ranked 1st among all the mutual funds (280 M/Fs), with a return of 47.69%
• Alpha Aggresive Strategy Greek Equity Fund ranked 2nd in its category, with a return of 44.97%
• Alpha Blue Chips Greek Equity Fund ranked 3rd in its category, with a return of 41.73%
• Alpha Greek Bond Fund recorded strong performance of 42.68%
• Alpha Cosmos Stars USA Equity Fund of Funds ranked 1st in its category, with a return of 23.83%
• Alpha Cosmos Stars Europe Equity Fund of Funds ranked 3rd in its category, with a return of 20.03%
• Alpha Shipping Equity Fund ranked 2nd in its category, with a return of 26.82%
