What's going on is we are still living in the past focused on 2013 deal that they spent a total of 4 million shares to acquire 1.1 million in revenue on their books. 4 million shares at well below penny a share. Math can be hard so let me try and help, 4 mil at well below a cent in 2013 is well below $40,000. Furious? Lmao!
Singlepoint set benchmarks back then without having to dish out significant $ upfront. If six sigma deals made money in the future and hit the benchmarks of say $500 k or more, additional shares issued if not no more shares issued. All for the low low entry price of significantly less than $40k in shares.

Keep focusing on 2013. SING growing revs each quarter in 2014 ....384k Q3, 275k Q2, 263k Q1
