Q:Hello you guys filed a 13g beneficial ownership for 25 million shares http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=61140559 may I know the strike price and your intentions to sell?

A: We bought in stages from 0005 to 001 andnow we need to file another 13g as we are financing the marijuana merger. So to answer you we are not selling we are buying more only this time our strike price is 0.15 and 0.5 in stages

Q: So you are saying the outstanding will increase then?

A: Unless the marijuana company agrees to pop in their multi million dollar assets and patents in for free and SIPC wants our $500,000 with us getting no security whatsoever we see no other solution

Q: So is the MJ Co assets what ??? 3-4 million

A: The patents they have for these MJ creams are valued at $30 mill plus some say plus their existing inventory etc..SIPC could be in control of a $50 million dollar asset!

Q: So you guys going to do the financing?

A: Is not financing ... its a stakeholder we will buy restricted stock and we will buy in the open market as we have last few months. We continue to add.
