I know for a fact the A/S used to be around 240m. The amendment was probably to raise it to 600m. The Q3 was signed on 10/30/14. I doubt any CEO, no matter how stupid, would file a misleading Q3 with the wrong A/S. If A/S did change, they would include that in the notes atleast.
