Looks like a steal at these prices... Although just a little digging reveals that they owe $2,000,000 in TARP.
I'm still pretty interested in this one... Great location and they seem to be doing a great job at cleaning things up. I'm gonna keep my eye on it.

Despite the amount they owe in TARP, they've been added to my List.
