Any news from GYST is meaningless. Always has been. It's just another excuse to dump shares. Justforfun123 summed it up nicely (his message repeated below). It means there is no reason for anyone to EVER buy this junk no matter what fluff they shovel.

This is a company that brags about its ethical behavior while mopping up every last red cent from common shareholders. Here's an example of a couple of their whoppers:

“One of our company’s goals is to have a positive environmental impact on the local communities that are touched by The Graystone Company. We want that impact to include conservation and protection of natural resources. We are looking to find environmentally friendly ways for our company to conduct operations in the area.”

– Graystone CEO Paul Howarth

There's no way placer mining can be environmentally friendly. Ever. Even at small claims such as the one in my photo. I'm not proud of doing what I'm doing to drum up a few small nuggets. But I don't LIE about it like Howarth has here. Mercury is also used in his operation and there's no way that can be explained away as 'friendly.' Look at the photos he has posted. Does it look friendly? It's not. Not to mention they've only drubbed up a few handfuls of grams instead of the millions of ounces they bragged (lied) about.

Perhaps the biggest lie is still there on their website:

By focusing initially on alluvial mining (surface mining) projects, our mining company can begin generating a positive cash flow for a smaller capital investment; as a result, the Company will not need to undertake capital raises dilutive to Graystone’s shareholders.

This is a howler. They really must think their 'investors' are stupid despite 3 reverse splits and counting. Over the top contempt for their common shareholders.

We strive to increase shareholder value through our diverse business model to generate equitable results for all shareholders.

This is another whopper that has been on their site from day one. Let me ask anyone still here and holding: Are you enjoying these 'equitable results?'

These guys have been up front with the plan to screw the common A holders sense day one. Series B and preferred holders own and control the company. If you want to donate into a worthless security that was laid out clearly in the S1. I think the SEC will let you. READ the S1.
