Foward guidance by CEO can have a neutralizing effect on the stock. Even given the bad numbers. Also all the positive news which was to start 3rd quarter may have very well not made it to the receivables yet. Vertical hydration does not have to be unique as it conserves not only space but water. It also takes it out of the marijuana book of business. And they are purchasing another company which dilutes the value of the shares.
