What has happened to the GKG that Maricopa planted in Arizona?

Has VSPC gone down and reclaimed the GKG or are they just abandoning it in place. Who owns it now??
What is Syn Tawa doing with the grass - using it as a nursery and reselling it??? IS VSPC on top of this mess or are tyhey gonna wait till SYN TAWA gives away the farm.

Anybody got an idea what VSPC does with a bad deal customer like Syn Tawa and the GKG it gave them?? Less

I'd like to know any status ! Maybe the first law suit !
