Still no word from the SEC/FINRA regading the S-1? I would have bet that it would have been effective as of the end of this week. But with the holidays coming things don't move across people's desks as quickly as they would normally.

Obviously the main problem with not having the S-1 effective is that Kim cannot say a word or PR anything until the S-1 clears. So we wait.

I believe there could be a log jamb of information just waiting to be released, but we shall see.
