None. It could happen tomorrow, never because of BK, or whenever. It is interesting to note that they did pay down their debt by another $million last quarter. I am hoping that they will give up this legal vendetta, which appears now that they cannot win and get to business developing and marketing their superior technology. If that happens they may be able to dig themselves out of this mess the old-fashioned way; through hard work and ingenuity. If they do this, we may see only one more R/S and the end of the dilution -- but not for a long while.
