Idk... My guess is a legal loophole like the not-for-profit or the like// Theoretically The feds could come in an arrest anyone that sells marijuana, reporting it definitely put someone at risk... We're still in the very early stages of all this legalization... My take on it is the brakes of been put on the progress since March or April because of these fears... Moving to Canada should clear up a lot of that....
