Actually, shareholders don't having influence on any decisions because iEquity is the majority shareholder.

AEGY could give Pharmajanes to another company and shareholders would to just watch what happens.

So when you say:

they want Pharmajanes and are going to have to pay $$$ to get it! That is a fact

That just isn't accurate.

According to the AEGY financials Pharmajanes generates zero revenue.

Who are you going to complain to if iEquity takes possession of Pharmajanes.

AEGY shareholders aren't going to get anything more than what they have at this time - worthless shares.

The company has stopped communicating with shareholders - they have stopped filing just as SKTO has done.
