The good news here is that Hudson believes WDDD shares are worth all this BS legal expense. The bad news is WDDD has to spend resources fighting this BS lawsuit. 1) there was no material change in Kidrin's options... so there is no event to sue over. 2) Hudson accepted the warrants and a bag of cash for doing little. 3) Hudson has a predatory past which never plays well with the Courts.

Nuisance Suit at best.

The take-away? Hudson believes your shares are worth much more as well... and time is running out for them to exercise... which could mean a BIG pump is coming in 2015. They are good at making money.
