LV, the key to the common shares issued is found in the PFD C issuance...Eco has 120,000 PFD C authorized and have issued 108,077 as per this Q ending sept 30...subsequent events states another 750 issued after Sept 30....these shares carry a $100 per share value and convert at ANYTIME to common at a 60% discount...key is anytime to the discretion of holder...to figure $10,882,700 worth of PFD C value can convert to common shares at anytime at the 60% discount to stock....so Q shows 5 billion issued but Eco has already exceeded what they have available of the 10B authorized.. if investors were to convert all the debt.
