Hi,

I read your two emails and thank you.

At the time, I was mystified by the stock still declining after my purchase at .85.

At least it seems that I did interpret things correctly, it is now above .85.

Even with the debt, a million valuation, at the time, for a 275 store company seemed to be a good price.
