Absolelutley! I also read ahead and Gmen is right why is there a law that is so terribly written that the ones who are suppose to be abiding by it are clueless to the consequences?

That's insane.

It reminds of when I go to my tax accountant every year I have everything all organized for my business she is one of the most tough ones out there.
In other words there is no creative accounting going on.

Being a sole proprietor it SUCKS they are so hard to understand I have to hire someone. That is WRONG!

On top of that she tells me she has called & written for clarification and got three different answers before calling three times to be sure cause she knows what a joke they are.

Yet, am I free?

Any time I can go to my mailbox getting an audit letter from them while the illegals and all the unlicensed contractors are on craigslist and the PC capital of the world Washington State lets them take $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ from me not enforcing the laws while they work tax free but every year I wonder is this the year I get my number called.

Some times you just want to go forget it AND join the under ground economy. I'm real tired of it. Real tired.
