I see a big fat settlement check from Pfizer.As stated this should have been over 6 months ago and I'm not going to get into it however I would point out that that proposed order filed by the defense Doc# 109 has to this day not been signed by justice OING and uploaded on e-file by whoever.

I doubt Oing is going to resend his prior order Doc# 44 decision/order on the motion he granted to the defense or issue a order that supercedes that prior order unless sactions occur for the 3 seperate violation by 2 seperate defense attorneys imho.

If you look at all the factual isses I call them lies I don't see how this case can continue as a matter of law again imho.I don't ever see it coming to summary judgement and no way will it ever see the inside of a courtroom for a jury to hear so one can forget about a so called appeal.

I say to the defendants pay up or just buy the whole both are for sale.
