Wrong! The AS is still the same fixed count and the OS is 1,848,789,109 shares as of today. The company can still dilute up to 146,210,791 shares... Why should they R/S against their own 965,485,178 shares? No way! The AS should be fixed as well to let NHPI breath for a while after the recent huge OS dilutions.
