Were those claims dismissed due to settlement between the parties or did the court rule them to be frivolous and/or without merit?

Is that information provided in the document you read? Last I heard, Longwood was demanding a jury trial and the parties involved were ordered to try and settle or arbitrate the case.

I guess the company should make some announcement. Strange that it came on the heels of the Trimax settlement.
