Insighter,

You keep calling for the BOD to do something, as though it wasn't part of the problem. There's just as many bad people on the BOD as there are running the thing.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
