Buffalo NT Anti-Gun Law

I just saw on FOX that Buffalo, NY has an old gun law that they have never enforced until now. I's being called "The Cold Dead Hands" law.
It requires that the survivors of a dead person who had guns, must turn the guns into the police department within 15 days of the owner death or face up to a year in prison.
Buffalo is matching death notices to gun permits and will be confiscating guns registered to dead people.
Count on it. Cities, Counties and States with Liberal Governments are in ecstasy. IMO.
