If you're speaking of delisting from the Nasdaq, I believe they'll be warned, but will have many months to achieve the $1 trading range again.

To me, the key is AEZS-108, not 130. 130 has always been a niche drug, unless it's determined it works in Cancer Cachexia, which could be a game changer. AEZS-108 on the other hand is potentially a blockbuster. We should get the first read on the Phase III Trial next year.
