My Apologies regarding the incorrect terminology (((LLC))
SSNT is indeed a ((LLP)) Limited Liability Partnership.
Silversun Technologies LLP

My experience here:

I have held a decent amount of shares in the in this company over the past 8 years. in the millions at one time before I bit the bullet and decided it best to take a loss Pre R/S)

The value of my current holdings alone remain negative.
I can think of 2 times in an 8 year period where this company delivered a significant enough rally for shareholders to sell and recoup their initial investment. That was before I bought shares.
BTW That was also before the R/s and name change. IOW we're boxed in by the wide b/a spread.

The trend is your friend....When I look at the 8 year trend, the same pattern continues I'm sorry to say, and Mr. Meller makes no bones about his plan in several of these interviews.

It never has been about the shareholder. which is sad!
The possibility of a Reverse Merger here always exists. When our sole purpose is to facilitate capital for SWK's acquisitions (the privately held company SWK technologies) the outlook for a buyout would be a surprise at best, although I do hold out hope it happens!

BTW- It's nice the principal 51% owner chose to come forward and have a discussion about the company albeit with a PR firm.
It would mean more if he were willing to hold an open dialogue in a conference call setting with us the public shareholders.

I don't recall it ever happening. Nor do I expect it will.
I really haven't paid much attention to this company over the past few years!

In any case... a buyout would be great. I hope it happens but I'm a realist as to the chances of this ever happening for the shareholders.

OTH - SSNT could also Reverse Merge and leave us out of the pic altogether even though there is a small float!
It's been done before.
