My suggestion is that for anyone living in California to call Daugherty Pump and Drilling in San Miguel with whom Joe officially posted he had arranged to drill the well for him on the alledged 40 acre site over 100 days ago. The driller would need a permit and post and identify the exact location for same.

The question would be was there ever an actual order given by XTRM for the drilling and if so has it ever been done or if not yet when is it scheduled for completion.

I would also suggest you have a local attorney (or any attorney) make the call and/or send a FAX. It's time for an investigation of this company. His disappearance and silence gives cause for great concern.
