I appreciate both your response and passion.

That said, I wholeheartedly disagree with your conclusion and SilverSun is most definitely not a shell. I've done considerable DD into this company, not limited to speaking with management on a few occasions. I would encourage you to do the same.

Management owns approximately 91% of the outstanding shares. You will rarely if ever find a micro cap company where management has as much skin in the game in the form of equity, or where their goals are more aligned with other common shareholders like us. It's clearly an equity play for management. Anything they do to us, they do to themselves much worse.

As for your comment regarding dissolution of the company at some point if wanted, not only does it defy reason, but I have to question whether you honestly even believe what you wrote. The mere concept makes no sense whatsoever when you understand who the largest shareholders are.

To the contrary, results like yesterdays continue to illustrate that management is quite focused on executing its business and building shareholder value. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but the results as filed with the SEC speak on their own behalf.
