I have no idea. Makes me worried there's other legal issues. But they settle immediately which is good IMO. Earnings per share next year should be at least a dollar and could get to 2 as long as all the nonsense is done with it. Maybe an activist is loading and is manipulating the shares so they're not paying more than they want?
