If I had 350 million share to dump at a higher price I would try to soak up as much of the float as possible at the lowest price so I don't have to buy on the way up. With Energy Management possible still holding 350 mil I don't see an RS. Also I don't see them dumping at trip 1. That's only 35K. Way to cheap for oil leases. GLTA
