Pretty much all we can do is wait. Ever notice how when stocks make moves, investors are always asking "What's happening?", it's because
small/retail investors are nearly always the last ones to know what's going on.

I used to read news and authored articles thinking they were some kind of inside information or news, I later learned they are not that at all, they're what the pro's call "rumors". The only real news or info, that an investor can place faith in are SEC filings. I see around the Quad stock boards (quads are stocks quoted in 4 digits after the decimal like .0001) investors there do not seem to realize that, anything a company wants to tell you, can be filed in an SEC report. Of course, companies don't like to do that, citing costs, but the real reason is usually that the touted materials don't really exist and probably never will get beyond the press (read rumor) reports. You see, the only thing the SEC requires to file is some proof of the material cited. That could be a signed agreement, a receipt or other hard evidence that the "superfragilator" actually exists as more than a figment of a fertile imagination and is actually being mfg'd or distributed etc..

With this in mind, one can clearly see that much of the market, even non-quads is moved by rumors. If you believe that some "news" outfits are so highly respected they wouldn't print suspicious news, then you must also believe that they cannot be fooled (etc.), but they very often are running with rumors themselves, stuff they get from the company or, someone assigned to follow the company, who for a variety of reasons gets it wrong. Obviously no news channel ever requires proof that what they say in print is actually true. Thus they're all part of the rumor mill. While some are better at getting closer to the truth than other outfits, you have to do your own dd to be able to tell them apart. While false SEC filings carry the prospect of penalties which nearly all of the quads and pennies dislike intensely. LOL

So, with that in mind, you'll discover that DDD is a real company with profits from the sale of its products (from the filings). So, with so many variables out there that can deprive you of a profitable run up (since many pundits like to knock stocks that are rapidly rising or that have climbed to new highs) your best strategy is to have some holding shares and some shares for trading. Remember, really good companies with really good future prospects are not so easy to find.
Happy investing all.
