It's just the TopLine deal repeated.

In March 2011 Cyclone and Topline Energy created a Letter of Understanding to build 12 pre-production WHE-25 engines for customer testing (sound familar?).

The letter said the engines were to be built in 60 days. No engines were ever reported to have been built, and Topline was no longer mentioned by Cyclone.

PR, hype, dilute the stock some more, then silence. Typical Cyclone MO.

Considering there's no mention anywhere of what the Mark 1 actually is (other than 5hp output), and Cyclone has let go all their engineering staff earlier this year, there can not have been a lot of thought go into the Mark 1 design.

My guess: 1/3rd of the OSU WHE engine.
